The Finance, Audit and Accounts wing  of the University functions under the direct control of the FINANCE OFFICER as per the provisions contained in the Kerala University Act and Statutes. The Finance  wing comprises of Finance sections, Audit sections, NPS Cell, Finance IT Cell, Out-Audit  sections, Finance Inspection Wing, Revenue Audit Section, Accounts sections and Cash sections.

Prevention of Vacation of University Department Teachers for the academic year 2024-2025 - Granting of Earned Leave credit

Teachers of the University Departments shall be entitled to vacation of two months from 15th April to 15th June 2025. The vacation of the teachers may however be prevented for the proper academic activities in the Departments.

All Heads of the Departments are to submit the details of prevention of vacation of teachers before the start of the vacation clearly specifying the nature and quantum of work during the period of vacation prevented.

The details should be submitted in Form No.1 before 15.04.2025, and further, details may again be submitted in Form No.2 along with the copy of the relevant pages of the attendance register countersigned by the Head of the Department concerned, before 15th July 2025.

Personal Deposit and DDF account transactions

All Head of Departments / Offices / Sub-offices / KUCTE / UIT Centres / UIM Centres / UCE and all Officers of the University who maintain Personal Deposit (PD) / Department Development Fund (DDF) accounts are requested to forward a month-wise statement of transactions pertaining to all PD / DDF accounts maintained by them in the Bank, Treasury or Post Office during the financial year 2024-2025 on or before 15th April 2025 without fail.
