The Finance, Audit and Accounts wing  of the University functions under the direct control of the FINANCE OFFICER as per the provisions contained in the Kerala University Act and Statutes. The Finance  wing comprises of Finance sections, Audit sections, NPS Cell, Finance IT Cell, Out-Audit  sections, Finance Inspection Wing, Revenue Audit Section, Accounts sections and Cash sections.

Gradation List (Provisional) of Computer Assistants as on 08.10.2024 - Objections called for - reg.

The Gradation List (Provisional) in the cadre of Computer Assistants as on 08.10.2024, is published herewith. The employees concerned shall verify the list and Objections / Complaints against the list, if any, should reach Ad.AI Section within 14 days from the date of issuance of this Circular, with supporting documents. If no objections are received within the stipulated time, the list will be finalized on the presumption that there are no objections in this regard.

Budget Estimates 2025-26 – Furnishing of proposals- reg.

The Heads of Department/Offices are requested to forward 4 copies of Budget Estimates 2025-26 along with estimates of revenue and expenditure in the prescribed proforma to Finance II Section on or before 10/10/2024.
Budget Estimates for 2025-26 may be prepared taking into account the Academic and Administrative needs of each Department. The existence of certain teaching or non- teaching posts in the past years or a provision under a particular head or sub head in the current year’s budget shall not be taken as a ground for their continuance.
